The firm has a proven criminal law division dealing with the stresses involved in both individual and company-wide cases.

In addition our firm has an emergency number and we are available for all after-hours bail applications before first appearances in court.

In more serious matters, our offices would assist our clients in bringing bail applications to court at the earliest date possible.

Our offices would thereafter obtain contents of the docket, request particulars to the charge sheet and consult with prosecuting authorities.

Following which our offices assist all clients on making representations to the prosecuting authorities to have:

• Charges withdrawn; alternatively
• We advise clients to plead ‘not guilty’ and prepare extensively for trial; alternatively,
• We advise client to plead guilty and prepare an extensive plea in mitigation of sentence; alternatively,
• We apply for leave to appeal on both convictions and sentence.
